Tier 0
On-Call
For a one-time fix or a single project, with no ongoing relationship.
Right for a one-time fix. When the calls become monthly, Tier 1 costs less than the problem.
Hourly, quoted before any work starts. The most expensive way to buy us.
- Hourly break/fix support
- One-off projects and installs
- No contract and no commitment
- Best for a single problem, not ongoing care
Tier 1
Managed + Secured
For an office that wants the everyday IT handled, with the security baseline built in.
We do not offer managed IT without the security baseline. No exceptions.
Managed IT with compliance typically runs $200 to $400 per user per month in the Houston market, so a four-person office is roughly $800 to $1,600 a month. A small office with a tight device footprint sits near the low end.1
- A second login step (MFA) on every account and device
- Always-on threat monitoring (EDR) on every computer and server
- Encrypted offsite backup with tested recovery
- Email protection that blocks spoofed senders (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Software and security updates on schedule, after hours
- Direct answers, no ticket queue
Tier 2
Compliance Program
For a regulated office that has to prove its program in writing.
The gap report is a gap analysis and a plan, not a certification and not a guarantee of compliance.
Scoped with Tier 1 in the free assessment.
- Everything in Managed + Secured
- Written Information Security Program (WISP), kept current
- Qualified Individual support
- FTC Safeguards gap report with a prioritized fix list
- Annual governance review
Tier 3
AI Readiness
An add-on for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients only.
AI runs on the data you are protecting today. We take offices into AI tooling only after the fundamentals check passes: access controls, backup restores verified, email security in place. If you fail the check, we fix that first. We will not sell you Tier 3 before Tier 1.
Scoped as an add-on after the fundamentals check.
- AI use policy
- Tool vetting and an approved-tools list
- Staff guardrails and training
- Data-exposure review
